Michael Coursey is a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He focuses his practice on international trade and customs matters. Mr. Coursey represents agricultural interests in unfair international trade investigations before various U.S. government agencies, including the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, U.S. International Trade Commission, and U.S. Commerce Department. Mr. Coursey also advises U.S. companies accused by the governments of Mexico and other foreign countries of dumping U.S. exports into those markets. In addition, he counsels U.S. manufacturers and agricultural producers, as well as U.S. importers, in connection with the laws and regulations administered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and with the U.S. Congress’ legislative activities related to international trade.
