Areas of Expertise

Martin specialises in commercial property heading the firm’s property management team.

Martin has particular expertise in retail industrial and leisure leases and providing advice to the pharmacy, medical and dental professions.

He is a member of the firm’s healthcare and leisure groups as well as promoting various initiatives for the firm including its Retail Expansion Team providing advice to overseas firms wishing to set up retail operations.

Martin also provides a specialist philatelic executorship service, and plays a key role in the firm’s international TAGLaw alliance membership.

Martin is also listed on the specialist member advisory panel of the British Dental Association (BDA).
