He regularly advises Chief Executives, Boards and General Counsel of major clients with the emphasis on advisory and client relationship management and he heads up deal teams in major corporate transactions. Robert also has particular expertise in serious tax investigations and he is a CEDR accredited Mediator specialising in commercial disputes generally and shareholder/partner disputes in particular
He has wide experience of cross border transactions including in particular UK inward investment most recently from the USA and South America.
