Constance began her legal practice at Linklaters LLP in 2007 in New York City and London. Her areas of practice include projects and infrastructure work, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investments into Malaysia, corporate reorganisations, swaps and derivatives, and general corporate and commercial law.
She has advised both local and foreign clients in the establishment of joint venture arrangements and the acquisition and disposal of companies in a broad range of industries.
Her projects and infrastructure experience includes advising on concession arrangements in various industries including the district cooling, electricity and transportation sectors and advising on renewable energy and solar energy projects. Her work in these areas involves advising on concession agreements, power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement and construction contracts, chilled water supply agreements, and electricity supply agreements.
She has also been involved in financing transactions, and has advised on swaps and derivatives, ISDA agreements on hedging arrangements and repos.
