Congratulations Rishen Nadarajan on being made Partner with effect from 1st October 2024!

A homegrown talent and key member of our firm, Rishen began his legal career in our Banking & Finance team in 2017 and has since been involved in numerous financing transactions, including both conventional and Islamic corporate financing and debt capital markets, securitisation, project financing, tokenisation and derivatives.

Some of his notable achievements include the securitisation of credit receivables and real estate, the project financing of highway concessions and power plants by independent power producers, Regulation S transactions for Khazanah Nasional Berhad, leveraged acquisition financing and the pioneering tokenisation by Kapital DX Sdn Bhd – one of the first initial exchange operators registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia.
