Matthew works with his clients across industries, including private equity, family-owned businesses, high-net-worth individuals, multinationals, and energy and utilities including oil and gas and renewable energy. He also has specific experience performing buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence consulting for merger and acquisition clients.
A member of the State Bar of Texas, Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. He received a LL. M. in Taxation from the University of Florida and a Master of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University.
