Seth leads FGMK’s Transaction Advisory Services. He has over 25 years of experience providing advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, tax and financial reporting, litigation support and restructuring and bankruptcy. Seth has led a wide variety of international and domestic assignments for Fortune 500 public companies, middle market companies, law firms and financial institutions.

Recent career highlights include: providing independent financial opinions and financial due diligence support on acquisition targets; leading numerous tax and financial reporting valuations for industrial, consumer, business services and pharmaceutical companies; serving as valuation expert on the break-up and settlement of a $15 billion industrial conglomerate; completing a major solvency analysis related to the bankruptcy and associated litigation of a leveraged buyout; and serving as an expert witness in financial disputes.

Seth’s industry expertise includes automotive, construction, business services, distribution, energy, financial services, food and beverage, healthcare, industrial, and retail and technology, among others.

During his career, Seth has served in leadership roles at global accounting and advisory firms. He was a partner at KPMG in the economic and valuation services practice, as well as a partner and the national director of valuation services at BDO Seidman. Seth also served as a managing director at Huron Consulting and Willamette Management Associates.
