It was published in Diário da República, 1.ª Série – N. º 236, the Notice n.º 244, which publicizes the reception of notes conveying the completion of the constitutional internal procedures related to the approval of

the Tax Information Exchange Agreement celebrated between the Portuguese Republic and Santa Lucia – signed at New York on the 14th July 2010. Please be reminded that the Portuguese Republic has celebrated 15 Tax Information Exchange Agreements thus far – the agreements with Andorra, Bermuda, Gibraltar, Cayman Islands, Jersey and Santa Lucia have already entered into force.
