Spring Bill: What are the Tax Consequences?

Entrepreneurs will pay more corporate tax with higher profits and two rates will be introduced in box 2, instead of one rate now. These and other new tax measures come from the plans of the Spring Memorandum of 20 May 2022.

Spring Memorandum

On Friday 20 May 2022, the Minister of Finance sent the Spring Memorandum to the House of Representatives. The Spring Memorandum contains an update of the budget for 2022 and the plans for 2023 and beyond. Various new tax measures can be derived from this.
