New Model RC 3048-DGSS, Called Annex SS and the Respective Filling Instructions

Ordinance no. 249/2021 of 12/11

The attached ordinance approves the new Model RC 3048-DGSS, called Annex SS, and the respective filling instructions, which are intended for the income declaration of the self-employed, for the years 2021 and following.

This model must be submitted together with the IRS Model 3 income declaration, within the legal deadline established for the submission of this declaration and by electronic data transmission, through the Finance Portal.

The reformulation of this form is the result of changes made to the Social Security Contribution Regimes Code and regulatory legislation.
