Deadline for Submission of Applications of the 2020 Fiscal Year

The Offices of the Minister of State, Economy and Digital Transition, the Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education and the Assistant Secretary of State and Tax Affairs have published an Order determining that the submission of applications for various tax benefits within the scope of the Corporate R&D Tax Benefits System (SIFIDE), may be made until the end of the 7th month of the year following the 2020 period, without any surcharges or penalties.
