The ASF submitted to public consultation a draft of a Regulatory Rule, amending the Regulatory Rule no. 6/2019-R, 3 of September, on the appropriate qualification, training and continuous professional development of insurance or reinsurance intermediaries, their board members and other persons directly involved in insurance or reinsurance activities.

Highlight should be made to the proposed amendments to the regulation of the procedure pertaining to the recognition of insurance courses and the admissibility of promoting entities to provide training sessions and modules related to insurance courses, as well as to conduct final assessment tests at a distance (online), without having a special authorization for such purpose.
