The Decree-Law no. 18/2013, performs a partial transposition of Directive no. 2010/78/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council ("Omnibus I Directive") in respect of the powers of the European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority), the European Supervisory Authority (European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority) and the European Supervisory Authority (European Securities and Markets Authority) and the transposition of Directive no. 2010/73/EU, of the European Parliament and Council, on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading and on the harmonization of transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market.
