Decree-Law 109-B/2021 of 07/12 was published, updating the minimum monthly wage for 2022, setting it at €705.00.
The new law also creates a compensation support measure for employers, corresponding to a subsidy per worker, to be paid at once by IAPMEI, I. P. in the amount of:
- € 112.00, when the worker, in the remuneration statement for December 2021, earned a declared base remuneration of € 665.00 or between € 665.00 and € 705.00, when, in this case, this amount is provided for in a collective bargaining agreement concluded, revised or changed in 2021, and provided that, in December 2020, the declared base remuneration was less than € 665.00;
- € 56.00, when the employee, in the remuneration statement for the month of December 2021, had the value of the base remuneration declared between € 665.00 and € 705.00.
