Ordinance no. 22/2022 of 06/01 was published, proceeding with the first amendment to Ordinance no. 102-A/2021, of 14 May, which regulates the new incentive to the normalisation of business activity.

The diploma introduces changes to the accumulation and sequentiality of support, namely the possibility that, at the end of the period for granting the new incentive to normalise business activity or the simplified support for micro-enterprises to maintain jobs, the employer may sequentially benefit from extraordinary support for the progressive resumption of activity in companies in a situation of business crisis.

The ordinance takes effect on 1 January 2022.
