Update of the Monthly Minimum Wage in 2022 and Compensation to Employer

Decree-Law 109-B/2021

This Decree-Law updates the monthly minimum wage to 705 euros, from January 1, 2022 onward, and creates an exceptional compensation resulting from the update of the monthy minimum wage which translates into a monetary allowance for employers (individuals and companies), for each employee they have under their responsibility.
