Decree-Law No. 22-A/2021, of 17 March, extends deadlines and establishes exceptional and temporary measures within the scope of the COVID-19 disease pandemic.

In the labour area, given the difficulties experienced by employers in meeting the deadline of 15 April, in regard to the approval and posting of the holiday schedule, the Decree-Law extends this deadline until 15 May 2021, regardless of the employment relationship, type or nature of the legal relationship in question.

In addition, it is also established that the notification for the presentation of an evaluation plan for the pay gap is made by the inspection service of the ministry responsible for the labour area until 31 July 2021.

Decree-Law 22-A/2021 of 17 March takes effect on 18 March 2021.
