Law No. 11/2021, March 9, was published, suspending deadlines associated with the over validity and expiry of collective labor agreements.
For 24 months, counted from the date that Law No. 11/2021, March 9, came into force, the deadlines for over validity of collective labor agreements in article 501, numbers 3 to 7, of the Labor Code, are suspended.
The over validity deadlines that apply following the termination of a collective agreement organized after Law No. 11/2021, March 9 came into force, as well as the over validity deadlines in progress, are subject to the 24 months suspension, following the termination of collective labor agreements done before the Law No. 11/2021, March 9 came into force.
Law No. 11/2021, March 9 entered into force on March 10, 2021.
