For the first time in U.S. history (as of January 1, 2024), the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) requires business entities outside heavily regulated industries to report personal identifying information about their ultimate beneficial owners, executives and control individuals to the federal government (FinCEN) and update this reporting when any previously reported information changes.

This webinar will discuss the requirements under the CTA and how this regulation specifically affects affordable housing and community development projects. Attendees will be eligible for 1.0 Professional Practice CLE credit in NY and NJ.
