Mercer & Hole Chartered Accountants are strengthening their Corporate Advisory Services team with two new appointments.
Edward Ellis joins the team as Corporate Recovery Manager. Edward worked within the Restructuring and Recovery Services department of Smith & Williamson where he worked on formal insolvency appointments as well as transactions with the firm’s corporate finance team. Edward will be based at Mercer & Hole’s London office and will be working closely with Corporate Advisory Partners, Steve Smith, Chris Laughton, Peter Godfrey-Evans and Henry Page.
Tanya Yeremenko adds to Mercer & Hole’s corporate finance expertise, joining the team as Corporate Finance Manager. Tanya has considerable experience in merger and acquisition transactions, having worked at KPMG Deal Advisory in Ukraine/Russia for the previous nine years. Experienced in a variety of sectors, Tanya has specific knowledge of financial services, consumer markets, agriculture, real estate, infrastructure and telecommunications. Tanya will be working closely with Corporate Advisory Director, Mike Orton and all of the corporate finance specialists within the team, assisting vendors in the sale process by providing financial due diligence and other transaction-based services.
