Ashok Maheshwary & Associates LLP are pleased to introduce Mr. Savikesh Goel, head of Indo German corridor and Mr. Abhipray Basu, head of the firm's Japanese practice. Both of them would be based out of the firm's Head Office in Gurgaon.
Mr. Shavikesh Goel would lead the firm's German practice.
A management and business consulting professional, Mr. Goel has a career spanning over 18 years, including India Entry and Expansion consulting & execution services, for German clients across industries, while working as the Vice President at a German business consulting company.
Prior to this, Mr. Goel was the Head of Indo-German Business at a leading international Executive Search firm focused on leadership hiring. Earlier, he was the India Managing Director for a renowned German Executive Search firm, where he turned around the loss-making entity by securing increased business coverage, sustainable profitability, and revenue growth.
Mr. Goel started his career in the Corporate world at a leading textile conglomerate in India where he worked across roles ranging from Sales to Business Analysis and Product Management. Briefly, he also headed the Sales & Marketing department at a local consulting organization specializing in Business Consulting, HR & OD Consulting and Corporate Training.

Mr. Goel has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Jammu, India, and a B.E. in Electronics & Communication from Bangalore University, India. Apart from his native Hindi, he speaks fluent English and has basic knowledge of German.
Abhipray Basu would lead the firm's Japanese practice.
Mr. Basu has been working with Japanese companies since 2007. He has been facilitating Greenfield and Brownfield Japanese investment in India. Over the years, he has developed strong strategic and operational expertise in various industries.
He has vast experience of over 10 years in factory setup, operations, and management in various states in India along with the operational expertise to help Japanese companies conduct business in India. His responsibility would be to expand existing Japan businesses in India and to bring in more Japanese investment in India.
Having lived in Japan for several years and subsequently working for Japanese companies, Mr. Basu is fluent in Japanese and is well versed in the work culture of Japan.
Mr. Basu joins our existing team consisting of Ms. Mami Sakatani and Ms. Aya Minoda both Japanese nationals.
