Anderson Anderson & Brown names new tax director

Accountancy firm Anderson Anderson & Brown (AAB) has appointed Kevin Meaney as its new director of tax.

He joins the firm with experience spanning corporate, group, partnership, buy-out, private equity, merger, acquisition and share scheme activity. He has previously work with HM Revenue & Customs, and within practice at Big Four, national and independent firms. Meaney's particular area of expertise is in providing accounting and advisory services to entrepreneurial clients on subjects such as EIS, entrepreneurs relief,tax investigations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and demergers.
