Mercer & Hole Chartered Accountants are delighted to announce the appointment of Mike Orton to Corporate Finance Director.
Mike joins the firm from Grant Thornton, having worked in Transaction Advisory Services for the past six years and, before that, as an Audit Manager since 2002.
An ACCA qualified accountant, Mike brings a wide range of technical skills to the Corporate Finance team at Mercer & Hole, coupled with a broad commercial perspective. His UK and cross-border experience extends to due diligence, M&A, financial planning, analysis and reporting, which he has gained through exposure to a wide range of sectors and transactions.
Mercer & Hole’s Corporate Finance team work under the firm’s Corporate Advisory Services umbrella which combines expertise in corporate finance and corporate restructuring. The firm provides a valuable service to businesses at every stage of their life cycle. Whether it be raising funds, acquiring, merging, restructuring or ultimately selling, the team’s many years of experience and expertise in transactional work enables them to meet all the challenges of a business's corporate advisory requirements.
