Mercer & Hole Chartered Accountants are delighted to announce they are strengthening their Audit team with the promotion of Jamie Wooldridge and Jolene Upshall to Director.
Jamie Wooldridge moved from Mercer & Hole’s London office to the firm’s Milton Keynes office earlier this year as a Senior Audit Manager. Now, as a Director, Jamie will take on a lead role in the Audit department at Milton Keynes and his own client portfolio. Jamie provides audit and non-audit related accountancy services, primarily focussed on SMEs across a variety of industries. In addition, Jamie also assists sole traders and various charities & not-for-profit organisations.
Jolene Upshall, who is based in Mercer & Hole’s Rickmansworth office, joined the firm as a result of their recent merger with DSH. Jolene originally joined DSH in 2006 and will take on responsibility, as a Director, for a broad range of audit clients, as well as providing business services support for non-audit clients. Jolene’s clients include those operating in the manufacturing and construction sectors as well as UK subsidiaries of overseas companies.
The Director promotions further support Mercer & Hole’s growth strategy; the firm recently announced a merger with the Rickmansworth office of DSH and four new partners joining the firm.
