Leslie Shoemaker, Partner
Leslie Shoemaker is a Partner in FGMK’s tax practice. Her industry experience includes technology and emerging enterprises, food & beverage, distribution, manufacturing, hospitality, retail and real estate. Leslie also has extensive experience working with high net worth individuals, and has provided tax advice to public companies that are actively engaged in mergers in acquisitions.
Prior to joining FGMK, Leslie was a tax partner at Plante & Moran, PLLC in the Emerging Enterprises and Technology Practices, and a member of the Food Industry Practice. Full Profile
Lawrence Bober, Managing Director
Larry is a Managing Director in FGMK’s tax practice. He has over forty years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to entrepreneurs and high net worth families and individuals.
Prior to joining FGMK, Larry was a tax partner at RSM US LLP (McGladrey.) He has consulted and advised on complex estate and tax planning matters, as well as the tax consequences of investment strategies contemplated by his clients. In addition, he represents several families with significant art collections and advises on the tax structuring of art transactions when appropriate. Full Profile
Kirsten Lescher, Director
Kirsten Lescher is a Director in FGMK’s Assurance and Advisory Practice. Kirsten has over 27 years of experience involving accounting and assurance services to not-for-profit, higher education, public sector, and employee benefit plans.
Prior to joining FGMK, Kirsten was a partner at Plante & Moran, PLLC in the assurance practice, where she led the professional standards team for the not-for-profit industry group and served as a member of the professional standards team for the employee benefits practice. Full Profile
