Simon Glazier named Chartered Financial Planner of the Year

Simon Glazier of Anderson Anderson & Brown (AAB) Wealth (Scotland) has been named Chartered Financial Planner of the Year (Individual) at the Personal Finance Society (PFS) Chartered Awards 2015 in London.

Glazier, who has been with the group for almost five years and was shortlisted for the prize in 2014, held off strong challenges from HLS Financial Planning's Adrian Quick and Cornerstone Asset Management's Simon Wigglesworth.

Meanwhile, Carbon Financial Partners, which picked up Professional Adviser's nationwide Adviser Firm of the Year gong earlier in 2015, was named Chartered Financial Planners of the Year (Corporate). Carbon beat off stiff competition for the corporate award from AAB Wealth and LIFT-Financial.
