DTE Business Advisers relocates to town centre offices to accommodate continued growth
DTE Business Advisers (Manchester, England), the Bury based firm of chartered accountants, has today relocated its Bury office to larger, more central premises at The Exchange in Bury town centre. DTE has taken almost 9,000 square feet over three floors to accommodate its 70 employees. The letting was negotiated by Paul Nolan of Nolan Redshaw on behalf of the landlord, SHS Estates of Holmes Chapel.
The Exchange was formerly known as Craig House and was occupied by Bury Council. It has recently been fully refurbished to provide some of the best office accommodation in the town centre.
DTE's senior partner, Richard Taylor, commented that "moving to The Exchange is a clear sign of our confidence in the future, not only for our business but for Bury and the North West economy more widely. Our new offices are a modern and efficient environment for our clients and employees to do business and we believe they offer the perfect setting for DTE to continue to grow and flourish. We are winning high quality new clients and are looking to increase our headcount by 10% over the coming year to service this growth."
"The move to The Exchange is also a return to the firm's roots, as DTE started life on St Mary's Place which is next door to our new office."
