Steve has specialized in business valuation and forensic accounting since 1997. His experience includes investigative accounting and business valuation in support of litigation, including marital dissolution and shareholder disputes, as well as valuation consulting, acquisition-related valuations, intangible asset appraisals and impairment testing, assessment of economic damages, and estate and gift tax valuations.
Steve has made industry presentations before accountants and attorneys on topics including business valuation and forensic accounting. He He has been qualified to provide expert testimony on the subject of net income available for support, and has provided testimony in Bucks County and Chester County Pennsylvania at the Master's level on the subject of business valuation and forensic accounting.
Steve earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from James Madison University and his Masters of Business Administration degree from LaSalle University.
He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers.
