LehmanBrown (Beijing & Shanghai, China) Senior Partner Dickson Leung has been successfully elected Vice Chairman of the HK Chamber of Commerce for the coming year.
With 6 years as an Executive Committee member and 4 years as Treasurer, Dickson is looking forward to further supporting and representing the interests of HK businesses in Mainland China. Mr. Leung has over 18 years of accounting and financial experience and is intimately versed with the China taxation and accounting system. He has advised multinational clients operating in China on an array of business and accounting issues, primarily focusing on audit and accounting issues, due diligence, internal investigations, taxation planning and structuring, establishing companies in China, stock exchange listing and Initial Public Offerings (in Hong Kong and China), and general business advisory.
Mr. Leung is a Certified Public Accountant, a Fellow of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK), Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FCPA, HK), Fellow of Certified Public Accountants in Australia(FCPA, Aust.) and the Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ACA, UK).
