Advisory Services.

Spencer will oversee the firm’s advisory practice at Fineman West. In addition to providing traditional accounting and auditing services, he has significant experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, restructuring/turn-around situations improving operational processes and implementing cost reduction programs. His industry focus includes manufacturing, distribution, retail, and technology.
Prior to joining Fineman West, Spencer was a manager in the Corporate Advisory Restructuring Services division of Grant Thornton LLP and assurance manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
