Angel Rice has been named to the Crain's Cleveland Business 40 Under 40 class of 2024, honoring rising stars across many industries in Northeast Ohio.
A lifelong Northeast Ohioan, Angel is compassionate and committed to making an impact. An established leader in the real estate industry, she is respected for her advocacy of and counsel to Northeast Ohio developers, investment funds and construction companies. Specializing over the past few years in the Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) Program, Angel is one of the most sought-after QOZ experts in the country. In addition to working with clients and mentoring professionals within the firm, Angel serves as Education Committee Chair for the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) of Northern Ohio. She also helped create and is active in NAIOP Northern Ohio’s Women’s Leadership Network.
Angel’s impact is also felt at her alma mater, Case Western Reserve University. A former student-athlete, she is president of the school’s Spartan Club, implementing its mentorship program, and a member of the visiting committee to help improve the athletic department’s connection to the university and community. Angel previously participated in Cleveland Leadership Center’s Bridge Builders program.
