Weaver welcomes T.J. Liles-Tims as a new managing director in its Forensics and Litigation and Valuation Services practices. Based in the firm’s Oklahoma City and Dallas offices, T.J. will work closely with teams in Oklahoma and the North Texas region as well as throughout the country in support of clients nationally.
With more than 20 years of forensic, litigation and valuation experience, T.J. most recently was a founding partner for a boutique business valuation and advisory firm based in Oklahoma City. His skill set extends to business valuations, fraud examinations and quantification of commercial damages. T.J. has testified in state and federal courts in Oklahoma and Montana with a concentration in family law disputes and business litigation. Additionally, his areas of focus include estate and gift tax valuations, as well as commercial disputes involving economic damages claims and financial forensics.

T.J. is an instructor, contributor and author for the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) in business valuation, litigation consulting and financial forensics. He is the former chair of NACVA’s Business Valuation Credentialing Board and has taught continuing education classes for business valuations and financial education for more than 10 years. Additionally, he holds several awards from NACVA including the 2020 Circle of Light Award and 2018/2019 Instructor of the Year. T.J. also serves as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma City University’s Meinders School of Business in the field of forensic economics.
T.J. is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF). He attended the University of Central Oklahoma where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and a Master of Business Administration in financial management and investment analysis focusing on valuation models and financial analysis.
