National certified public accounting and advisory firm, Weaver, the 35th largest public accounting firm in the United States, has named Anna Stevens, CPA, as a partner. She will lead fast-growing health care industry services for Weaver.
Anna has provided accounting services to health care organizations for nearly 10 years. She has served clients in a variety of health care sectors, including physician practices, ambulatory clinics, acute care hospitals and post-acute care facilities. Anna worked as the controller for an $80 million post-acute health care system, where she managed the operating budget, prepared financial statements and helped department leaders manage their individual operating budgets. As a CPA, Anna has managed audits for organizations with up to $100 million in net patient service revenues.

A Texas-licensed CPA, Anna is an active member of the Health Care Financial Management Association (HFMA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). She earned both Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in accounting from Sam Houston State University.
