Bankers Honor Bass
Jonathan R. Bass, a name partner at Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass LLP, was honored by the California Bankers Association (CBA) with the Outside Counsel Achievement Award.
Bass has successfully represented banks in dozens of cases involving forgeries, converted negotiable instruments, fiduciary fraud, late return of items, setoffs, employee negligence and dishonored items at the trial and appellate levels.
Other areas of practice include representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of cases involving securities, antitrust, real estate, eminent domain and general business matters.
