We are proud to announce that Martin W. Bauer, Jeff Kennedy, Terry L. Mann and Thomas A. Hamill were individually recognized by Law & Politics magazine as Kansas Super Lawyers for 2008. Additionally, Robert Martin, Jeff Kennedy, Terry L. Mann and Ronald B. Rose have been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for 2008.


Robert Martin is one of the founders of Martin Pringle and has more than 50 years experience. He practices in the areas of aviation, products liability, commercial and civil litigation and insurance law. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in the area of commercial litigation.

Martin W. Bauer joined Martin Pringle in 1977 and practices in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, condemnation, products liability and adoption, particularly contested adoptions. He is the former president of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and has been recognized by Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition in the area of civil litigation.

Jeff Kennedy joined Martin Pringle in 1986 and focuses his practice on a wide range of energy and natural resource matters, including zoning and land use matters and commercial litigation focusing on real property issues. Mr. Kennedy has been appointed to the Kansas Energy Council as well as the Kansas Energy & Environmental Policy Advisory Group by Governor Kathleen Sebelius and currently serves as the firm’s Managing Partner. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers in the area of environmental law and Best Lawyers in the area of energy law.

Terry L. Mann joined Martin Pringle in 1986 and focuses her practice on employment law matters, representing employers. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers & Best Lawyers in the area of employment & labor law.

Ronald B. Rose has more than 30 years experience practicing law in the areas of taxation, business planning, estate planning, probate, corporate, partnership, real estate and transactional law. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in the area of elder law.

Thomas A. Hamill has more than 35 years experience handling litigation of commercial cases, including both complex and routine cases.
