MUNSCH HARDT ADDS NEW ASSOCIATE IN DALLAS OFFICE
DALLAS – July 1, 2008 – Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt), a Texas-based commercial law firm with offices in Dallas, Houston and Austin, today announced that Leslie P. Fisher has joined the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group as an Associate.Leslie has experience counseling public and private companies in general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities placements, public reporting and other securities-related matters, corporate governance and formation and structuring of business entities. Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Leslie worked as a staff attorney in the Fort Worth, Texas office of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement and at other large national law firms.
Leslie received her Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she was the Editor of the Annual Survey of Texas Law. She obtained her Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and her Bachelor of Science, graduating cum laude, from Southern Methodist University. Leslie was also acknowledged with Honors in the Liberal Arts as a Departmental Distinction in Political Science and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa while in undergrad. She is currently a member of the Attorneys Serving the Community and State Bar of Texas.
