BOYNECLARKE LLP is pleased to announce and welcome Scott McGirr to the firm. Scott joins BOYNECLARKE LLP as an Associate and his practice includes all aspects of Canadian immigration, refugee and citizenship law, serving both individuals and businesses.
Scott’s experience includes temporary residence applications, family class sponsorship, economic immigration, humanitarian applications, refugee claims and appeals, immigration appeals, as well as judicial review in Federal Court. He had been practicing immigration law with a local boutique law firm since 2013. He received his law degree from Dalhousie University in 2010.

Scott is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, as well as the Canadian Bar Association.
