Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt) is pleased to announce that Keith Morris has joined the Firm as a Shareholder and will lead the Firm’s new Probate & Fiduciary Litigation practice group. This marks the second new practice Munsch Hardt has announced this year, having also launched a Restaurant practice in June 2019.
Momentum continues to build for the overall growth of Munsch Hardt, as the Firm has added 22 attorneys since January, bringing total attorney headcount to more than 130 for the first time in Firm history. This strategic growth has added depth to a number areas, including Zoning & Land Use (Aug. 2019), Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Insolvency (Aug. 2019), Investment Management (Jul. 2019), Construction (Apr. 2019), Energy (Feb. 2019) and Tax (Feb. 2019).

Morris, the latest shareholder to join the Firm, maintains a thriving practice that focuses on probate, guardianship, fiduciary litigation and administration matters. In this capacity, he represents individuals, small businesses and corporations in litigation and administrative matters. He has tried numerous cases to verdict, and has also been appointed by Harris County, and many other Texas counties, to serve in a fiduciary capacity as ad litem, administrator and guardian. His duties as an administrator consist of accounting for and protecting the assets of a decedent’s estate, distributing assets to creditors, locating family members that might be heirs or have an interest in the estate and winding up the estate. Keith has devoted his practice to probate, guardianship and fiduciary administration and litigation since the start of his education. Morris will be working in the Houston and Dallas offices as he continues to serve clients throughout Texas.
