National law firm Piper Alderman has announced the lateral appointment of a real estate team in Brisbane.
Warren Denny (Partner), Kylie Maxwell (Special Counsel), Lyndal Draper (Special Counsel), Alexandra Gaggin(Lawyer) and Caitlyn Slater (Paralegal) join Piper Alderman from 1 April.
Mr Denny joins Piper Alderman after more than 30 years at international firm K&L Gates and its predecessor firms. He is an accredited Property Law specialist and has been recognised by The Best Lawyers in Australiain the field of Real Property Law since 2015.
The team provides specialised advice on strata title residential, commercial and mixed use developments, aged care, receiver and mortgagee sales, joint venture agreements, title structures, development and fund through agreements, put and call options, staged developments and real estate dispute resolution.
The team’s clients span property development, real estate investment trusts, funds management industry, air and sea ports, aged care, management rights and particular service industries.
