LK Shields is delighted to announce that it is merging with Dublin-based firm Kilroys Solicitors effective from 3 December 2018.
Following on from our office openings in Galway and London, this merger represents further strategic growth for the firm and will allow us support our clients with additional expertise and experience and enable us to expand into new areas of legal practice.
The team joining us from Kilroys share our core values, most important of which is a commitment to providing high quality and commercially focused advice to our clients. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our three new partners:
Joanne Griffin
Joanne practices corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on corporate compliance and governance, mergers and acquisitions, company takeovers, reconstructions and amalgamations, corporate restructuring and insolvency, shareholder agreements, investment and subscription agreements and commercial dispute resolution.
Eamon Jones
Eamon’s practice area is Commercial Litigation and he has wide experience in litigating matters including, in particular, dealing with disputes before the Commercial Court. Eamon has crisis managed multi-disciplinary teams dealing with complex and time critical statutory and regulatory tribunals and proceedings. He has represented clients in actions taken by and against Regulators and has advised on all aspects of “white collar crime”.
Patrick Ryan
Patrick practices in the areas of commercial and private property, commercial leases, information technology law and public tendering law. His work for private clients includes advising on residential property transactions, estate law and practice and succession planning and trusts.
