DQ Advocates are delighted to announce that Sinead O’Connor – Head of Regulatory & Compliance Services, Hazel Dawson – Senior Associate and Adam Killip – Associate have all achieved accreditation from the leading provider PDP as qualified data protection practitioners. All three attended the series of five modules delivered on the Island by PDP in conjunction with the Alliance of Isle of Man Compliance Professionals and sat a three hour exam in mid-September.
DQ’s Managing Director, Mark Dougherty, said “I would like to thank Sinead, Hazel and Adam for their dedication in achieving this qualification which will add real value to our clients in all areas of our regulatory & compliance and corporate commercial work, particularly as the deadline for GDPR compliance comes closer”. Mark added “Leanne McKeown, Director in our Dispute Resolution team and Head of Employment, will also shortly be sitting the same exam meaning that our clients will further benefit from accredited experience in litigation and Leanne’s leading employment practice”.
