On June 24th 2017, the All China Lawyers Association (abbr. “ACLA”) held a press conference for the publishing of Country Report of the Legal Environment of Countries Along "Belt and Road" (abbr. “Country Report”) and a cooperation seminar on the legal service construction of countries along “Belt and Road”, which are involved with more than 60 countries, including Asia, Europe and Africa, etc, and these countries’ legal system varies significantly. In order to help enterprises “go out” and all sectors of society get to know more about the basic legal system and legal environment of countries along “Belt and Road”, the professional committee of international business and the leading talents of attorneys specializing in handling foreign-related matters, together with the attorneys of countries along “Belt and Road” composed the “Country Report”. Director of Zhuoxin law firm, James Chen and his team members were involved in composing the Part of Iran in this “Country Report”.
In the meantime, ACLA has announced that James Chen has been elected in the talent pool of “Belt and Road” cross-boarder attorneys. According to the introduction, within the 143 Chinese and Foreign law firms which participated in the composing of “Country Report”, 72 Chinese law firms, 71 foreign law firms, and altogether 205 Chinese and foreign attorneys, including 84 Chinese attorneys and 121 foreign attorneys have been elected in the talent pool of “Belt and Road” cross-boarder attorneys, being the first members of the talent pool.
