Reid and Riege is pleased to announce the addition of two new attorneys – Katilee M. Boisvert and Brittany L. Christensen. They have both joined the firm’s Hartford office as members of the Business Law Practice Area.
Katilee’s practice focuses on general corporate matters, including: business formation; business succession planning; mergers and acquisitions; financing; purchases and sales; and contracts. She also has extensive experience with institutional financing and real estate matters. Prior to joining Reid and Riege, Katilee spent five years working at a Springfield, Massachusetts law firm, first as a commercial and corporate paralegal and then as an attorney. Katilee is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is a member of the Connecticut and American Bar Associations and Alpha Eta Sigma, Criminal Justice Honor Society. Katilee received her J.D., cum laude, with a business concentration, from Western New England University School of Law and her B.S., magna cum laude, from Western New England University.
Brittany’s practice focuses on general corporate and nonprofit governance, contracts, business formation and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Reid and Riege, Brittany spent four years at a Big Four accounting firm where she provided tax consulting services to Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. She is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut. Brittany received her J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A. from Brandeis University.
