In 2006, further to the Italian liberalisation of multisciplinary professional practices, Studio Legale Sutti expanded its services in this area by establishing a team of EHS managers, which provide clients operating productive facilities in Italy with technical assistance regarding environmental audits and compliance, environmental remediation, compliance with waste disposals regulations, and are certified as RSPP (responsabili servizio prevenzione e protezione with respect to the provisions  concerning safety in the workplace. In this latter capacity, our EHS managers work closely with our Labour Department, including with respect to industrial relations and investigation of labour accidents.

Studio Legale Sutti (http://www.sutti.com), currently 149 fee-earners strong, is one of the five largest firms headquartered in Italy, and one of the ten largest overall in the country in terms of turnover, as recently confirmed by weekly news magazine "Panorama" at the beginning of March 2006. In 2005 SLS appointed five new partners and increased its yearly turnover of 20%, also thanks to the completion of SLS's territorial coverage of the Balkans through the opening in Croatia of the first foreign Office in the country.
