On April 20, 2017, Randall D. Crocker, President and CEO of von Briesen & Roper, s.c., (Wisconsin, USA) announced the launch of vonBriesenOneSource, a multidisciplinary in-house team of dedicated non-lawyer professionals who provide finance and technology advisory services in partnership with the mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, business, corporate, banking, commercial finance, real estate, technology, bankruptcy and business restructuring teams at von Briesen.
vonBriesenOneSource is a single-source service team driving finance, technology and valuation services in a coordinated, client centered, attorney-client privileged model serving clients in transactions, mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, tax planning, technology security, ESOPs and other complex and significant matters: it is a client’s one stop solution when buying, selling or refinancing a business.
Crocker also announced that the firm added the following professionals to the vonBriesenOneSource team:
