Commerical law firm Kuits has advised former Living Ventures director, Danny Fox, on the opening of new restaurant Fox, which opens this week in Hale Barns.
Under the umbrella of his company, The FOX Restaurant Group, Danny will open his first venture on Thursday 8th September. The 4,000 sq ft, £1 million development will seat 120 customers, concentrating on serving grilled meats and fish from an open grill, alongside pizzas from a wood burning oven. The establishment will be the only restaurant in new retail development, The Square, in Hale Barns.
Danny was operations director at Living Ventures for a decade before moving to Individual Restaurant Company and eventually setting up on his own.
Kuits, which is the only top ranking firm in Legal 500 in the North West for licensing, advised Danny and his team on the licensing arrangements for Fox. Tony Lyons, Head of Licensing for Kuits, led the transaction.
Tony commented: “Having known and worked with Danny for a number of years in his previous roles, it was great to be able to help him set up on his own. I know this is a project that he’s been envisioning for a long time, so we’re delighted to have helped make this a reality.
