Second Doctorate for Jaap Sijmons of Nysingh

Jaap Sijmons of TAGLaw member Nysingh advocaten-notarissen in the Netherlands is to defend his thesis on "Regulation of supply in (health) care" on Tuesday 6th November 2006 at the University of Groningen. The attachment is a summary of his thesis.
