St. Louis Small Business Monthly recently announced that Spencer Fane Partner and TAGLaw Advisory Board Member, Jim Dankenbring has been selected for inclusion in its Top 100 People to Know in Business.
Dankenbring was selected for inclusion by a panel of judges who designated the Top 100 honorees based on their abilities and achievements in helping business owners start, build and grow successful companies.
Dankenbring represents businesses in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, complex contract negotiations, and executive compensation. He focuses his practice on helping buyers and sellers in connection with the acquisition, sale and recapitalization of businesses in industries such as health care, manufacturing and technology. He also guides issuers and investors in public and private debt and equity financings, credit facilities and other complex financing transactions.
He is also highly involved in the civic community having served on the Lutheran Foundation of St. Louis Board of Directors; The Foundation for Called Workers Board of Directors; Educational Enterprises, Inc. Board of Directors; and The Missouri Bar Board of Governors, among others.
