Manchester commercial law firm Kuits has advised Alphagen Limited on its sale to Canadian corporation Group zed Inc.
Alphagen is a leading supplier of SAP Business One Enterprise Resource Planning software and a developer of its own solutions for the manufacturing, wholesale distribution and multi-channel retail sectors. The business has offices in both London and Manchester.
Headquartered in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Group zed is a privately-owned and operated holding company that, amongst other services, is the leading global SAP Business provider. They also provide product development and custom development solutions for SAP Business One.
Kuits provided a comprehensive legal and commercial service to the shareholders of Alphagen, spanning corporate and employment advice.
Corporate partner Kirsti Pinnell led the transaction, supported by corporate senior associate Jan Winstanley and associate Helen Mather. Employment solicitor Craig Oldale also advised.
