BOYNECLARKE LLP, one of Atlantic Canada’s largest law firms, will be holding free legal consultations over a 3 day period in celebration of Law Day 2015.
On April 14, 15 & 16, 2015, BOYNECLARKE LLP will be inviting pre-approved applicants to their office in Dartmouth for a free legal consultation. The initiative is intended to give residents in the HRM access to justice.
Jessica Chapman, an associate on the Family Law team, will be participating for the second year in a row.
“Law Day was introduced as a way to educate the public about the legal system,” explains Jessica. “We want to ensure everyone has access to justice, and an opportunity to have their legal questions answered.”
Various Lawyers from different practice areas at the firm have volunteered their services to meet with approved applicants and discuss their legal issues in various areas of law.
“Last year was our first year doing this initiative, and it was really well received. It was an easy decision for us to offer it again this year. We are very committed to our community here at BOYNECLARKE,” adds Jessica. “This is an opportunity to give back.”
